Working Pattern – Up to 40 hours per week, across 5 days (Monday to Saturday).

Salary - NMW-£12ph dependant on experience

What you’ll be doing:

• Continuing your education with TONI&GUY to ensure you are a confident member of staff able to conduct personalised consultations with clients, ensuring a tailored TONI&GUY experience.
• Learning how to expand your client base and create high retention rates.
• Enhance client experiences by referring them for expert colour services and driving product sales through extensive product knowledge.
• Inspire and mentor apprentices, acting as a role model within the salon and representing the esteemed TONI&GUY brand.
• Embrace the Superbrand status of TONI & GUY, actively promoting and upholding its reputation.
