Schedule: Between 32-40 hours per week

Salary: £19,000 to £45,000

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct personalised consultations to ensure each client receives a bespoke TONI & GUY experience
• Cultivate and expand your client base while fostering strong client loyalty
• Enhance client satisfaction by recommending expert colour services and promoting product sales through in-depth product knowledge
• Mentor and inspire apprentices, serving as a role model in the salon and embodying the esteemed TONI & GUY brand
• Champion the Superbrand status of TONI & GUY, actively promoting and maintaining its reputation
• Take advantage of comprehensive training opportunities at our Academy to enhance your skills and advance your career with TONI & GUY

We're Looking for Someone Who Can:

• Demonstrate expertise in a variety of hairdressing techniques, delivering precise cuts and styles
• Bring artistic vision to life by understanding clients' preferences and creating stunning hairstyles
• Provide exceptional customer service and cultivate long-term relationships with clients
• Manage a busy schedule efficiently, handling diverse client needs with flexibility and meeting deadlines consistently
