Kao UK is seeking a Goldwell Colour Educator to train salon teams across Northern England with a focus on colour expertise and brand education. You will travel to salons, deliver insightful sessions, and support growth through education.

You will collaborate with the sales team to align on client needs, showcase new products, and drive best practices. A proactive educator with strong communication skills will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in the professional hairdressing industry.
• Proven experience delivering hair education.
• Experience across cutting, colouring, styling and retail in a salon environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-quality training to salon teams across the region.
• Partner with the sales team to align on customer needs and best practices.
• Showcase new products, promotions and education initiatives at meetings and events.
• Plan and manage territory to maximise impact and coverage.
• Develop skills through ongoing training and industry insights.
• Represent Kao as a Brand Ambassador at events.
• Maintain accurate reporting and records.
