SUCCESS TALENT in London offers a Hybrid Colour Designer role focused on creating compelling, production-ready colour stories for an iconic outdoor brand. You will shape palettes across seasonal ranges and work with design, materials, development and marketing to ensure consistency and sustainability.

You'll manage lab dips, collaborate with suppliers, and translate global trends into commercially viable colour stories that elevate product visuals and branding.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years' experience in colour design, trend forecasting or textiles.
  • Experience in performance/outdoor apparel is a bonus.
  • Strong knowledge of colour theory, fabrics, and finishes.
  • Proficient with Adobe CC; Clo3D/PLM knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build seasonal colour palettes, mood boards and colour stories.
  • Track global colour trends to fuel on-brand ideas.
  • Ensure colour accuracy across fabrics, trims and ranges.
  • Collaborate with suppliers on lab dips, approvals and prototypes.
  • Support marketing with colour narratives and imagery.
  • Champion sustainable dyeing and finishing processes.

Colour Designer - Outdoor Performance Brand

We are looking for a Colour Designer who knows how to turn global trends, brand DNA, and creative intuition into colour stories that stand out on the mountain and in the market.

The Colour Designer Role

As the new Colour Designer, you'll shape the visual identity of products - from seasonal palettes to production ready colourways. You'll collaborate with design, materials, development and marketing teams to deliver colour that's innovative, consistent and sustainable.

What You'll Do
  • Build seasonal colour palettes, mood boards, and compelling colour stories
  • Track global colour and material trends to fuel fresh, on brand ideas
  • Ensure colour accuracy & consistency across fabrics, trims, and ranges
  • Work closely with suppliers on lab dips, approvals, and prototypes
  • Support marketing with colour narratives and product imagery
  • Champion sustainable dyeing and finishing processes
What You Bring
  • 3-5 years' experience in colour design, trend forecasting or textiles
  • Experience withing performance or outdoor apparel a bonus!)
  • Strong command of colour theory, fabric behaviour, and finishes
  • Confident in Adobe CC; Clo3D/PLM knowledge a plus
  • A knack for turning trends into commercially successful palettes
  • A collaborative mindset, sharp eye for detail, and passion for sustainability
