Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of sustainable and innovative colour and materials solutions for both interior and exterior vehicle applications.
• Create and realise proof-of-concept designs, pushing the boundaries of material technology and aesthetic appeal.
• Participate in weekly design reviews, presenting ideas and solutions while collaborating with senior designers and stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring the company remains a leader in design innovation and sustainability.
• Work independently to deliver projects on time, meeting design, feasibility, and cost requirements.

Qualifications
