Manpower Recruitment is partnering with an established College in Oxford City Centre to hire an experienced Painter and Decorator. The role is full-time and permanent, offering £38,500 per annum with on-call duties on a rota basis.

A Full UK driving licence is required, and the application closing date is 22 November 2026. The postholder will provide skilled painting, decorating, and general maintenance across the College estate, maintaining records and ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualificações

• Demonstrable competence in painting and decorating, including surface preparation.
• Experience in general building maintenance and services.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload, with on-call rota involvement.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, repair, and decorate internal and external surfaces across College buildings.
• Carry out surface preparation, priming, and finishing to high standards.
• Apply paint, varnish, and finishes using appropriate materials and equipment.
• Plan and prioritise tasks with the Maintenance Operations Manager.
• Support events with minor decorative adaptations.
• Complete maintenance tasks safely and in College standards.
