Are you ready to shape the future of higher education? This is a rare opportunity to join UWE Bristol’s College of Business and Law in a senior leadership role that blends strategic vision, operational excellence, and cross-university collaboration.

About the Role

The College includes two schools: Bristol Business School and Bristol Law School, and accounts for approximately 6,000 students and 500 staff. As College Manager, you’ll be a key member of the College Executive Team, working alongside the Deputy Head of College, Deputy Vice Chancellor, Registrar, and fellow College Managers. You’ll lead the operational delivery of our college strategy, ensuring resources, governance, and services align to create a thriving, inclusive, and sustainable environment for over 6,000 students and 500 staff.

Your leadership will span:

  • Strategic business planning and financial oversight
  • Liaison with university-wide professional services
  • Enhancing student experience, research, and enterprise
  • Driving institutional initiatives and sector innovation

This role is pivotal—not just within the College, but across the University. You’ll represent UWE Bristol in external networks, championing our reputation and influence.
