Job summary

Brasenose College is seeking an Accommodation Officer to manage planning, allocation and cleaning of student accommodation and public rooms across four Brasenose sites. You will coordinate with HoDs, College Office, Estates and Events to optimise term and conference bookings, maintain Kinetics data, and support room allocations and inventories.

The role requires strong customer service, organisation and IT skills, with occasional extended hours for events.

Qualifications

• Experience running accommodation operation in a hotel or college.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation with ability to multi-task.
• Proficient IT skills including Excel and room booking systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, allocate and clean residential accommodation across Brasenose site(s).
• Maximise accommodation capacity for term and conferences.
• Oversee room ballots and allocations in coordination with relevant departments.
• Maintain room booking data in Kinetics and respond to queries.
• Prepare annual licences and inventories for accommodation.
