Job summary

Breedon Group is seeking a Collections Team Leader to manage the order to cash process, coach the team, and partner with senior management to maximise collections and profitability. This permanent, full-time role is based in Lockington, Derbyshire, reporting to Credit Control.

Responsibilities include overseeing credit limits, process improvements, and month-end reporting, with a focus on a target-driven culture and effective litigation management where required.

Qualifications

• Track record for reliability and outstanding performance.
• Ability to embrace new challenges and develop new skills.
• Qualified or working towards CICM (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage order to cash processes and act as business partner to senior management.
• Coach the team to maximise collections, sales, and profitability.
• Liaise with commercial business to support trade and credit controls.
• Oversee credit limit reviews and authorisation.
• Drive process improvements and efficiency within the function.
• Manage month-end reporting and notifiable events.

Job Purpose: To effectively manage the order to cash process, and acting as business partner to senior management. Dynamic leadership is to be practised, in order to effectively coach the team into maximising collections, sales, and profitability of the business.
