VWFS UK is seeking a proactive Collections Team Manager to lead a team responsible for arrears cases, fair outcomes and strong customer relationships. You will drive performance, ensure FCA compliance and deliver consistent service levels across telephony and back‑office channels.

You will coach and develop staff, monitor quality and risk, collaborate with stakeholders and deputise for the Collections Operations Manager when needed.

Qualificações

• Proven people management experience with coaching and development.
• Strong knowledge of FCA regulations and TCF principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Collections & Recoveries Advisors to deliver targets.
• Ensure fair, consistent customer outcomes in line with FCA regulations.
• Escalate complex cases and support forbearance solutions.
• Monitor quality, conduct audits and drive compliance reviews.
• Collaborate with leaders to manage workloads and service levels.
