Qualifications

• Proven people management experience.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with QA, performance management and driving improvements.

• Lead and coach Collections & Recoveries Advisors to deliver targets.
• Ensure fair, compliant customer outcomes and adherence to policies.
• Manage performance, attendance and development through coaching and succession planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to balance workloads and service levels.
