A leading financial institution based in England is seeking a motivated professional to handle customer calls and payment solutions. You will negotiate repayment terms while adhering to regulatory standards such as TCF and AML. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, can thrive in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering outstanding customer care. Making and taking calls to and from customers to establish reasons for non-payment.
A confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills, who is confident and resilient, capable of thinking laterally and proactively, persuasive, persistent and self-motivated.
Regulatory Knowledge as applicable to role. Understanding of lease and asset finance. Knowledge of Consumer Credit Act and other regulatory requirements. AML /KYC requirements.
This is a rapidly moving, hectic & multi-tasking environment, where you need to be able to handle high volume calls corresponding with customers in a fast paced and efficient manner. You will need to be solutions driven and have a competitive instinct, resilience in the face of pressure with a "whistle while you work" mentality.
