Liberis Limited is seeking a Polish Speaking Collections Agent to join their team in Nottingham. The role focuses on maintaining high standards in the collections process, engaging with customers, and ensuring successful recovery of debts. The ideal candidate will combine fluency in Polish and English with significant experience in collections, demonstrating analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.

The team
We are the Collections team! A dedicated group with a clear mission: to assist customers facing financial challenges and guide them back to good standing wherever possible. With team members based in the UK, Sweden, Germany and the US, we are looking for an enthusiastic Collections Agent to join our rapidly growing global Collections team and support Liberis' growth in the UK & Polish markets!
Who are you?
As a Polish Speaking Collections Agent, you'll take the helm in our in-house collection process, steering a diverse receivables book toward success. Your mission: to maintain impeccable standards of accuracy and timeliness, driving up collection rates while ensuring every customer enjoys a top-notch experience.

Our hybrid working policy requires team members to be in the office at least 3 days a week, but ideally 4 days. At Liberis, we embrace flexibility as a core part of our culture, while also valuing the importance of the time our teams spend together in the office.
