Job Description

The key responsibilities for the role of Collections Account Manager (FTC) include:

  • Manage and reduce arrears under 60 days through proactive collection activity
  • Accurately allocate incoming payments in coordination with the accounts team
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external clients to ensure prompt payment
  • Administer late payment interest charges where applicable
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, Consumer Credit Legislation, and the Data Protection Act
  • Support with general administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as needed


The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for the role of Collections Account Manager (FTC) will have:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in debt collection or credit control, with strong knowledge of arrears management.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong Excel proficiency and ability to resolve technical allocation and reconciliation issues.
  • Proactive approach to building relationships and driving timely payment resolutions.
