Job summary

Change Waste Recycling in Glasgow is expanding its transport team. The role offers a permanent Monday–Friday schedule with weekend overtime, a company van, and fully funded training for progression.

You will collect recycling and waste from offices, hotels, restaurants and other sites across Glasgow, building strong client relationships while learning the best routes and collection times. The base salary is £27,976 with incentives over £3k per year.

Qualifications

• Active and adaptable candidate ready for outdoors work.
• Confident driving in busy city environments.
• Experience in multi-drop delivery/collection is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collect recycling and waste from offices, hotels, restaurants and other sites across Glasgow.
• Build strong client relationships and learn optimal collection routes.
• Operate a company van in a customer-facing transport role.

Overtime available and progression opportunities with fully-funded training.

Basic hours will be Monday to Friday initially (weekend overtime in addition). This is a permanent role with basic salary of £27,976, plus incentives of over £3k per year.

About the Role

As part of our transport team, you'll be provided with a company van to serve customers across Glasgow.

You'll collect recycling and waste materials from offices, hotels, restaurants, and other customer sites, building strong client relationships whilst learning the best times and routes for collections.

This customer-facing role suits someone who is:

• Active and adaptable
• Confident driving in busy city environments
• Experienced in multi-drop delivery/collection (advantageous but not essential)
