Position: Collections & Delivery Driver

Contract Type: Permanent – 45 hours per week

Location: Cardiff

Shift: Days (Monday – Friday / 08:30-18:30)

About the role:

Due to continued growth, we have exciting opportunities for Employed Collection & Delivery Drivers. Our team delivers world-class, time-critical parcels, upholding our promise of Excellence. You will work closely with our Operational Team to execute a busy multi-drop schedule, ensuring each delivery reaches our customers on time, in perfect condition, and with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent DHL eCommerce positively, maintaining a clean vehicle and courteous demeanor
• Safely load and unload parcels onto a van
• Deliver products, goods, and parcels efficiently within set timeframes
• Handle sensitive materials properly and deliver high standards of customer care
• Use and maintain delivery equipment, including handheld scanners, to deliver up to 100 shipments per day

The ideal candidate will have:

• A full UK driving licence, with no more than 6 points, and no disqualifications in the last five years
• Multi-drop experience (preferable)
• Enthusiasm and passion for delivering excellent service
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
