Overview

Our client is looking for Sales Collection Agents for their Leicester branch.

They are offering long term employment and full, in-depth training will be given to the successful candidate.

Responsibilities
  • Servicing existing clients, obtaining loan and retail orders, and generating new leads.
  • The role is office-based as well as visiting clients at the homes in the Leicester area.
Hours & Salary

Part-time hours: 15 - 25 per week (flexible hours)

Salary: £13.00 per hour plus bonuses

Requirements
  • Ideal candidates will have Sales, Customer Service or Finance experience
  • Full Driving Licence and access to own vehicle is essential
  • Effective listening, communication (verbal and written), negotiation, and good phone skills
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Able to handle difficult customers with diplomacy and tact
  • Team player who works productively with wide range of people
  • Demonstrated success meeting sales targets/goals
  • Ex provident & other collected credit agents would be ideal
