Job description

As a Colleague Enablement Manager, you will support the Colleague Enablement Team in delivering a programme of projects, change initiatives, and process improvements aligned with the CRM strategy and sales enablement activities.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead end-to-end process for building user stories and mapping 'go to' journeys, ensuring optimal outcomes for end users.
  2. Manage the library of user stories and ensure programmes align with user experience standards.
  3. Collaborate with Group Sustainability to develop ESG insights, creating compelling insights that challenge group thinking.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Essential: Project management skills, ability to identify new data sources, analyze data, and drive business benefits.
  • Ability to understand root causes of issues and lead strategic process improvements.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of Corporate Banking, process improvement methodologies like lean, and stakeholder management skills.
