Contract: Permanent

Salary: £29,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (37.5 hours/week)

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in HR, People, or Office Management
  • Minimum Level 3 CIPD or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage HR matters confidently professionally

What You'll Be Doing

As a Colleague Centre Advisor, you’ll act as a trusted point of contact for managers and teams, delivering expert HR advice and helping shape a strong, people-centred culture. This is a varied, hands-on role with real responsibility.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading essential HR processes, such as managing absences, disciplinary actions, grievances, and change requests
  • Providing advice on topics like flexible working, maternity/paternity leave, promotions, resignations, and retirements
  • Supporting change management initiatives, including restructures and redundancy processes
  • Promoting employee relations and coaching leaders on HR best practices
  • Recording and managing casework in accordance with company policies and compliance standards
  • Collaborating closely with the wider Team and assisting the Head of Colleague Centre

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills; HR systems knowledge is an advantage
