About the role

As a Store Colleague, you’ll be at the heart of delivering an outstanding customer experience. Working closely with the store management team, you'll help drive sales and identify opportunities to exceed customer expectations, ensuring every interaction is positive and engaging.

  • Delivering excellent customer service whilst exceeding our customers’ expectations
  • Demonstrate your product knowledge to customers and be confident in approaching customers that may require assistance if you are on the shop floor
  • Operating the till and accurately handling cash, credit/debit cards and gift cards transactions
  • Carrying out stock replenishment, ensuring all areas of the store remain tidy
  • Be involved with our visual merchandising to ensuring the store is well presented and inspiring to our customer

About you

  • Retail experience preferred but not essential
  • Must be passionate about customers and providing exceptional customer service
  • An enthusiastic team member with a positive and proactive attitude
  • An active interest in all things craft and a desire to inspire others
  • Ability to learn and share expertise of products to fit customer’s needs
  • Confident and clear communication skills
  • Must be flexible in order to accommodate the business trading needs
