Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 services design and deployment.
  • 10+ years in Information Technology and Services.
  • Experience in healthcare is a plus.

Location: SBC Corporation, 2 Crescent Place, Oceanport, NJ 07757

The administrator will evaluate, plan, migrate, deploy, and manage Microsoft 365 services. Responsibilities include tenant management tasks such as identities, security, compliance, and supporting technologies. They will serve as a subject matter expert on the entire Microsoft 365 environment and provide Tier 2 support for user issues related to both cloud-based and client applications.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • At least 5 years of experience designing, deploying, and migrating Microsoft 365 services
  • At least 10 years of experience in Information Technology and Services
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems
  • Experience with Azure Entra ID AD and Exchange Online
  • Progressive experience in a technical help desk or customer service environment
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Exchange Online and Teams administration

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field
  • Experience in the Healthcare field
  • Experience migrating from on-premises to Microsoft 365 cloud
  • Support experience with Microsoft OneDrive and SharePoint
Certifications and Licenses:

Preferred:

  • Microsoft 365 certifications
Scheduling Requirements:
  • Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Days: Monday-Friday with on-call support once a month
  • Report to the Oceanport, NJ office at least once a month
  • Full-time, exempt
Essential Functions:
  • Maintain and administer Exchange on-premises/hybrid environments
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 Teams issues
  • Test, implement, and deploy Exchange Online
  • Manage Microsoft 365 cloud services (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Azure Entra ID, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, SQL, AD Connect, Defender for Office 365, ADFS, and licensing
  • Support Single Sign-On with Multi-Factor Authentication using ADFS
  • Perform scripting and reporting with PowerShell
  • Handle migrations and deployments for MS Exchange
  • Troubleshoot mobile device sync issues
  • Ensure team performance meets SLA standards
  • Understand mail flow concepts and DNS
  • Maintain Active Directory and Windows Server environments (2012-2019)
  • Experience with SharePoint administration is a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 CoPilot, Proofpoint Email Security & Archiving
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Train support team members on incident management processes
