At Babcock, we’re working to create a safe and secure world, together. Join us as a Collaboration & Relationship Management Lead at our Hawthorn, Corsham, Wiltshire site.

The role

As a Collaboration & Relationship Management Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effectiveness and success of the Collaborative Business Relationships (CBR) across key stakeholders in the programme.

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Acting as the primary contact for stakeholders in developing and managing collaborative relationships.
  2. Enhancing communication with partners, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with contractual obligations.
  3. Developing and leading stakeholder engagement plans aligned with programme objectives and timelines.
  4. Assessing and improving relationships between teams and workstreams, identifying risks and opportunities.
  5. Troubleshooting issues in relationships and leading improvements.

This is a full-time role (37 hours/week) with hybrid working (2 days in-office, 3 days remote).

Essential experience

  • Proven experience in fostering collaboration across partners, suppliers, and teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds. Demonstrated experience and willingness to learn are valued. The ability to obtain and maintain Security Check (SC) clearance is required.
