Staffline is recruiting Production Operatives in Aylesbury to join a team of sandwich and food‑to‑go experts. The role pays £12.86 per hour and offers overtime. It is a full‑time position working 4 days out of 7, with 6am to 6pm shifts and a cold environment on site.

Training is provided, and there is a temp-to-perm pathway. The site has a canteen and good transport links for staff, with Staffline emphasising a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Punctual and reliable with good attendance.
• Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail for quality inspections.
