CUCF is the official charity partner for Colchester United Football Club, providing high-quality community programmes to 9,000 children, young people, and adults weekly across the region, including support for the Colchester United Women's Team.

If you have experience and/or passion for women's football and senior women's coaching, this role offers a fantastic opportunity. Join our Women's Coaching Team as the leading figure at the top of our women's pathway.
Responsibilities include working with the Women's Team Committee, Assistant Coach, and staff; planning and delivering training; managing staff and players; recruitment; matchdays; press duties; fan engagement; and attending club events. The role requires leadership, creativity, resilience, and the ability to inspire both on and off the pitch.
