Skills Provision is searching for a Coiled Tubing Service Supervisor for an Oil & Gas service provider in the United Kingdom.

Location: Scotland

Duration: Full time

Salary & Benefits

• Starting from £30,000 p/a

The Role

• Work closely with the Operational Manager and Engineering Team.
• Responsible for the day-to-day operation for the personnel, equipment, and maintenance.
• Coordinates all activities for the Coiled Tubing and Nitrogen services. Prepare detailed operational procedures for jobs to be executed safely and efficiently.
• Single point contact for all matters pertaining to CT operations.
• Attend all meetings required by customers and management.
• Prepare post job and post well reports. These should include recommendations on how to improve.
• Ensure the correct equipment is available.
• Ensure that all paperwork is handled in a timely manner.
• Produce monthly and annual reports
• Work closely with all contractors

Requirements

• At least 5 years coiled tubing / nitrogen services experience.
• Hold related vocational and educational qualifications.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Full understanding of standard practices and HSE policies and procedures.
• Full working knowledge of both the Coiled Tubing and Nitrogen service lines including equipment maintenance and operation.
• High level of comfort and confidence in customer interactions.
• Confident on IT systems.
• Strong personality, willing to lead.
