The Role & Responsibilities

The UKI Market Lead has four primary responsibilities:

  1. Generate demand: Collaborate with account teams to understand trends, create sales plans, manage pipelines, and solidify client problem statements.
  2. Create compelling solutions: Lead pursuit teams with the necessary skills to address client challenges, responsible for deal storytelling, structure, and pricing.
  3. Be an ongoing trusted advisor: Build relationships with growth-focused clients, ensure client satisfaction, and generate thought leadership to deepen relationships. Engage with senior clients for strategy and account performance.
  4. Collaborate across Cognizant: Coordinate with internal teams to respond to client needs, plan, and manage existing accounts, and work with various service lines to deliver optimal solutions.
Who you are
  • Passionate about driving client growth through deep relationships and orchestrating experience or marketing solutions.
  • Experienced in complex client organizations, solutioning, storytelling, and client service.
  • Proven leadership in managing teams and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Background in agencies or digital consultancies, with experience in sales or solutioning roles across multiple verticals.
