Job summary

Talented People is recruiting on behalf of a successful vending and coffee business for a Coffee Vending Engineer to join their team across Hertfordshire, North London and Essex. You will service, maintain and repair coffee and vending machines on customer sites, diagnose faults, carry out preventative maintenance and installations, and travel between sites while delivering a professional service.

The role is field-based with a basic salary of £30,000–£36,000, overtime, and a Monday to Friday

Qualifications

• Experience with coffee machines, vending machines or similar technical work.
• Good communication and customer-facing skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Coffee Vending Engineer

We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a successful and growing vending and coffee business, who are looking for an experienced Coffee Vending Engineer to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for an engineer with coffee machine, vending or similar technical experience who enjoys working out on the road and providing excellent customer service.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing coffee and vending machines across customer sites throughout Hertfordshire, North London and Essex.

Your day will include:

• Servicing and repairing coffee and vending machines.
• Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults.
• Carrying out preventative maintenance and installations.
• Attending customer sites and providing a professional service.
• Managing your own daily workload and travelling between sites.
• Completing service reports and keeping customers updated.
• Working safely and in line with company procedures.

About You

We’re looking for an engineer who is practical, reliable and customer-focused, with experience in one or more of the following:

• Coffee machines
• Vending machines
• Commercial catering equipment
• Electrical/mechanical engineering
• Field service engineering

Coffee or vending experience would be highly advantageous.

You’ll need a full UK driving licence, good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
