Field Service Engineer Bean to Cup Coffee & Vending Machines

Location: Birmingham, Leicestershire & Warwickshire

Salary: GBP29,000 - GBP32,000 + Bonus Scheme

About the Role

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for great coffee and top-tier service? We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will be the face of our business, providing on-site support and ensuring our coffee and vending machines operate smoothly across the Midlands.

Your Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair bean-to-cup coffee and vending machines at client sites
• Deliver first-class customer service with a professional and friendly approach
• Travel across Birmingham, Leicestershire & Warwickshire; living nearby is essential
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
• Utilize our handheld system to manage call-outs and parts ordering
• Maintain a clean and positive company image at all times

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience working with coffee or vending machines
• Strong background in electrical, electronic, or plumbing equipment
• Experience in the water, coffee, vending, or gaming industries is a plus
• A self-starter with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills
• Full UK Driving Licence is required
