Job description

  • Act as “Company Coffee Ambassador” always ensuring the highest level of customer service is delivered.
  • Deliver detailed training sessions following the Install of replacement and new Coffee equipment, ensuring the customer is left with the confidence to maintain their machine and produce great coffee.
  • Demonstrate a high level of coffee product knowledge understanding different blends and Coffee profiles.
  • Demonstrate confidence in how to use and maintain a broad range of coffee machines, with an ability to make any necessary alterations to improve Coffee quality and also identify and repair basic technical fault fixes to avoid unnecessary service calls.
  • Complete “Coffee Excellence Checks” with our customers and highlight any areas requiring improvement.
  • Assist at Events and Coffee Tastings with machine set up, training and support.
  • Communicate with the planners to ensure all day-to-day tasks are completed, and jobs are closed, with any feedback highlighted for action to be taken.

The Person

  • A confident individual with a passion for Training and customer service
  • Passionate about coffee and coffee culture
  • Excellent understanding of coffee quality and associated equipment
  • Computer literate and a clean driving licence
  • Self-motivated with a flexible approach to work, location, and hours.

Salary: £26,769.60 + Company Car + 25 days holiday + Life Assurance + EAP + other Company benefits.
