Salary: 13.40 per hour

About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Coffee Shop Manager to lead our vibrant Wokingham site. Fresh seasonal food, expertly made coffee, and warm hospitality - you'll make sure every guest leaves smiling while keeping operations slick, your team motivated, and lending a hand in our small, freshly prepared brunch menu when needed.

Your Role:
Lead the shop from first coffee to close
Train, motivate and support your team to deliver great service
Maintain top standards in food, coffee, and presentation
Get hands-on in the kitchen which is located Front of House when needed - assisting with fresh brunch dishes such as smoothie bowls, pancakes, egg dishes, stuffed focaccia, toasties, and soups
Manage stock, rotas, orders, and suppliers
Hit sales targets and control costs
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations

You'll Need:
Proven caf , coffee shop or casual dining management experience
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Passion for fresh food and quality coffee
Commercial awareness and hands-on approach
Flexibility for weekends and bank holidays
