We’re hiring a Coffee Shop Manager – Holborn (Full-Time)

You’ll lead a team, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and play a massive, front-line role in delivering our social mission.

What we’re looking for:

• A positive, hands-on leader who leads by example
• Organised, proactive, and confident running day-to-day operations
• Passion for hospitality and inspiring others to deliver a great hospitality experience
• Moves with a sense of urgency
• Excited to be part of a social enterprise with real impact
• Weekend availability

Management or assistant manager experience preferred; coffee experience a bonus, not a must.

Key responsibilities:

• Coach and develop your team
• Run the shop: from coffee and food quality to team performance and customer service
• Drive sales and maintain high standards across all areas
• Represent our mission and values in everything you do
