You will be the heartbeat of our Pausa coffee shop. You’ll take ownership of the business and set the tone – creating a warm and welcoming space where our customers can relax, connect, and enjoy exceptional service. Whether someone’s popping in for a quick caffeine fix or settling in for their regular catch-up, you’ll ensure every visit feels like a treat.
