Stellar Global is recruiting for a Coffee Shop Assistant at Samsung KX, located in our flagship store in the heart of King’s Cross, London. This is a permanent, part-time role (15 hours per week, 2 days) involving working on weekdays and weekends on a rotational basis around the store’s opening hours.
Samsung KX was launched in collaboration with Stellar Global in 2019. It is their flagship European brand experience space, managed and developed by Stellar. Designed to provide guests with an immersive brand experience, it features workshops, events, performances, and community partnerships.
The overall purpose of the role:
The Café Assistant is responsible for the efficient operation of the café, overseen by the Events Production Manager/Cluster Manager. You will assist with all aspects of the café's operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality, managing inventory, and supporting revenue opportunities including catering for events. The Café Assistant will report directly to the Events Production Manager/Cluster Manager.
