Located in our Sheffield Store, you will showcase your ability to interact with customers politely and professionally, always striving to provide exceptional customer care and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contributing to the creation of the next-generation Boundary Outlet Experience!
• Handling customer interactions with courtesy and professionalism.
• Assisting in the preparation of hot and cold foods, ensuring all items are prepared, packaged, and labeled to a high standard.
• Supporting the service of beverages, cakes, and toasted items.
• Ensuring orders are processed efficiently, with cutlery and condiments readily available, and tables cleared promptly for the next customers.
• Demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Assisting with the general upkeep and cleanliness of the Coffee Shop.
• Possession of a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is advantageous.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but full training will be provided.
