Job summary

Shannon White Technical Recruitment is recruiting for a Coffee Field Service Engineer in Glasgow to service and repair coffee equipment and ensure high customer satisfaction. You will manage reactive service calls and perform preventative maintenance with attention to detail.

A mechanical/ electrical background and a clean UK driving licence are required. You must be flexible to work 1 in 4 weekends; a company vehicle, pension and other benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• A confident individual with a passion for customer service.
• Excellent understanding of coffee quality and related equipment.
• Strong problem solving skills with an electrical/ mechanical background.
• Computer literate with a clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a broad range of coffee equipment repair and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Ensure equipment is left in good working order with correct setup for first time fix.
• Work with central call centre and update on-site status to keep customers informed.
• Adhere to Health and Safety procedures and complete on-line documentation.
• Maintain tools, equipment and vehicles and manage spare parts stock for your vehicle.
