Overview

Job Title: Field Service Coffee Engineer

Location: Central London

Salary: £37,000 - £40,000 + Overtime

Schedule: Monday to Friday + 1 weekend in 4 (rota)

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, servicing, and repair of traditional and automatic coffee machines
• Diagnosing and fixing mechanical and electrical faults
• Providing technical advice and support to customers
• Managing your workload efficiently while delivering excellent customer service
• Participating in a 1-in-4 weekend rota

About You

• Proven experience as a Coffee Engineer or similar field service role
• Strong background in mechanical and electrical fault-finding
• Experience working with multiple coffee machine brands/manufacturers
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a professional approach
• Full UK driving licence
