Here at Pilgrims Coffee on Holy Island we are on the search for an all round hospitality pro with experience in all areas including food preperation and coffee making. Qualities we are looking for are an excellent customer service ethic, positive attitude and team player. This is a fast paced, dynamic environment due to the nature of the tidal island being a tourist/ pilgrimage destination, so you need to be able to multi-task.

We pride ourselves on serving excellent coffee roasted on site alongside freshly baked pastries, cakes and bread etc. Quality is important from the first impression down to the last goodbye in all areas of the cafe therefore attention to detail is important.

Qualifications ● Experience in food preparation ● Demonstrates ability to work efficiently in a busy environment ● Strong organisational and time management skills ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ● Ability to provide wonderful customer service ● Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment ● Adhering to food safety regulations and quality control ● Use a till system efficiently ● Positive outlook and ability to thrive under pressure

Weekend availability is required.
