A leading hospitality service provider in London is seeking an experienced Café Manager to oversee operations across three cafés. You will lead a team, maintain high service standards, and collaborate on menu development. The ideal candidate has a strong background in café management, a keen eye for detail, and creativity in enhancing customer experience. We're on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Café Manager to take the reins across three dynamic café spaces within our business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates operational excellence, and has a creative flair-particularly when it comes to developing standout seasonal drink menus and elevating the customer experience.
You'll directly manage two Café Supervisors and a Front of House (FOH) team of seven, ensuring consistent high standards, efficient service, and a positive team culture across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of three café outlets (two currently active)
Lead, support, and develop a team of 2 Supervisors and 7 FOH staff
Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and compliance across all sites
Collaborate with kitchen and barista teams to craft creative, seasonal drink menus
Monitor quality, customer feedback, and drive continuous improvement
Manage stock control, orders, and minimise waste
Develop team schedules and support ongoing training initiatives
Work alongside senior leadership on catering strategy and sustainability goals
Contribute to the reactivation and relaunch of the Ground Floor Café

Morning: Fresh pastries, croissants, bacon/sausage baps, breakfast specials (Mon-Thurs)
Lunch: Salads, healthy grill items, jacket potatoes (Tues), hot deli sandwiches (Tues-Thurs, 11:30-14:30)
All-day: Snacks, yoghurts, sweet treats, and seasonal drinks
Vista Café
Daily: Fresh pastries, sandwiches, snacks, cakes, yoghurts, and rotating seasonal beverages
A quieter, more relaxed café space located next to the Staff Restaurant
Who We're Looking For
You'll be a confident and collaborative leader with experience managing multi-site or high-volume café operations. A strong eye for detail, customer service excellence, and creative input into menu development are key. Experience in sustainability and a passion for innovation in food and drink service are a big plus.
