The key attributes of an Associate Director within the Turnaround Team include:

  • An analytical mindset with strong commercial and business acumen
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders including PE firms, lenders, and corporates
  • Experience leading multi-work stream advisory projects such as financial restructuring, stakeholder advisory, turnaround, and liquidity disciplines
  • Existing professional network across clients, lenders, private equity, and other stakeholders
  • Creativity and willingness to explore new approaches
  • Effective team management, coaching, training, and mentoring skills
