KPMG's UK Deal Advisory team is recruiting ambitious, innovative, and high-performing individuals at all levels to accelerate the growth of its recently launched Turnaround Team.
KPMG's Turnaround Team offers an exciting opportunity to work within dynamic, flexible, and fast-moving environments. It is the first line of response to opportunities arising from operational underperformance and/or financial pressure.

Turnaround Team operates nationally and is embedded within the rapidly growing Deal Advisory business as part of the Corporate Finance team. This enables us to provide bespoke, solutions-led approaches to help companies preserve value and navigate back to sustainable growth.

The key attributes of an Associate Director within the Turnaround Team include:
Candidates may have backgrounds in professional services, consulting, finance, or operations, with success in turnaround, financial analysis, restructuring, or transactions. Sector expertise in consumer, industrials, healthcare & life sciences, TMT, business services, energy & natural resources is advantageous but not essential. Experience in fast-paced environments facing financial or operational challenges is also beneficial.
