The Shepherd Mayfair in London is recruiting a lively, passionate cocktail waiter/waitress to join our Truly Talented team. You’ll be the face of our guests’ experience, telling the story of the bar and ensuring from arrival to departure they’re having a great time.

You should have a passion for hospitality, maintain the highest standards, have knowledge of wines, cocktails and speciality drinks, and enjoy engaging with guests and regulars.

We are currently recruiting for a lively, passionate and engaging cocktail waiter/waitress to join our Truly Talented team.

£28,500 per annum + service charge
Permanent, full-time contract (40hrs per week)

Your role

You’re the face of our guests’ experience and you bring your own flavour to the(ir) table, telling the story of the bar; and making sure from the moment they arrive to when they leave, they’re having a great time!

Passion for hospitality – you’re all about creating memorable experiences for others, be they guests or colleagues

You will be expected to maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the bar.

Have in-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails and speciality drinks and take pride in learning our food menu as well. You enjoy engaging with guests, getting to know our regulars and learning to anticipate their needs.

You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and has fun along the way and where you’ll continually learn and develop.

You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
