Gaia is looking for an experienced and charismatic Cocktail Waiter/Waitress to join our exceptional bar team.

The Role

• As a Cocktail Waiter/Waitress at Gaia, you will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences across both the restaurant floor and bar area.
• You will deliver attentive and engaging service while confidently serving cocktails, beverages, and food to the highest standards. Working closely with the bar, kitchen, and front‑of‑house teams, you will help maintain the seamless and vibrant atmosphere that defines the Gaia experience.
