Cocktail Waiter

5 Hertford Street is a beautifully appointed private member's club owned and operated by entrepreneur Robin Birley, located in the heart of Mayfair. Our aim is to create a home away from home, offering the utmost comfort where members are looked after by a team who know them by name.

We are currently seeking a Cocktail Waiter to join our Whisky Bar team.

Experience & Qualifications:

Experience working in a luxury hotel, restaurant, or private member’s club is advantageous.

Working Hours:

• Shifts are on a rota basis, Monday to Saturday, with the latest finish at 3am
• The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays, and throughout Christmas
