Turtle Bay is recruiting a Cocktail Bartender to join our Caribbean-inspired bar team in the United Kingdom. You will craft vibrant cocktails, share the stories behind each drink, and create an atmosphere where guests feel welcome and relaxed from brunch to late night service.

As part of the Turtle Bay family, you will work with hosts, servers and chefs to deliver memorable hospitality with warmth and Caribbean flair.

Qualifications

• Hospitality-oriented service mindset.
• Knowledge of cocktails and rum collections is a plus.
• Strong guest interaction and communication skills.
