Job summary

Turtle Bay is seeking an upbeat Cocktail Bartender to join our Caribbean-inspired team in London. You will curate and serve cocktails, share stories behind creations, and deliver warm, welcoming service that makes guests feel at home from the moment they arrive.

As a bartender, you will be the heartbeat of the bar, guiding guests through our rum collection and signature drinks while working closely with the rest of the team to create memorable experiences throughout every shift.

Qualifications

• Experience as a bartender or in a fast-paced bar environment.
• Excellent knowledge of cocktails and spirits.
• Ability to engage guests with warmth and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Know Turtle Bay cocktail and rum collection and make informed recommendations.
