Coating Plant Operative (Temp to Perm) - Join a Leading Family Fabrication Business in Oldbury

Hours: 08:00 - 16:30 (M-T) and finish at 15:30 on Fridays.

Hourly rate: £12.21 plus overtime if wanted.

What We're Looking For:

1. Previous experience working in a coating plant, powder coating, or similar industrial setting
2. Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
3. Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
4. Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
5. Punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious

The Role:

1. Preparing and coating metal components to required specifications
2. Operating coating plant equipment safely and efficiently
3. Quality checking finished products for consistency and finish
4. Maintaining a clean and organised work area
5. Supporting the team to meet production targets and deadlines
