Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience applying coating knowledge to meet schedules, quality standards and yield targets.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and coating requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Experience operating coating equipment or similar production machinery.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage multiple coating processes across at least two plants.
• Maintain production documentation, route cards and process records.
• Use measuring equipment to assess coating performance and compliance.
• Identify coating defects and apply prevention methods.
• Inspect components prior to coating and ensure safe handling.
• Select suitable fixtures and witness samples to meet quality specs.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment and control systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
