Job summary

Quartz Recruitment Specialists Ltd is working with a coastal resort hotel in North Devon to recruit a Spa Manager who will own and shape the spa operation, from revenue and retail to the treatment menu and guest experience.

You will lead a team of therapists, receptionists and attendants, supporting a strong wellbeing programme. Live-in accommodation is available if you relocate, with a clear path for progression within a respected regional hotel group.

Qualifications

• Spa management experience in a hotel or resort.
• Level 3 in Beauty or Spa Therapy (or equivalent).
• Strong commercial sense with ability to drive revenue and retail.
• Ability to build and retain a high-performing team.
• Knowledge of pool and thermal compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day spa operations and guest experience.
• Drive revenue and retail; manage treatment menu.
• Lead and develop a team of therapists, receptionists and attendants.
• Provide hands-on support on busy days when needed.
• Ensure pool and thermal compliance.
