Job summary

Saltrock is seeking a Supervisor on a 30-hour contract to join our Retail team and help deliver an outstanding in-store experience with the Saltrock spirit.

You'll work with an energetic team, driving KPI performance, coaching colleagues, merchandising with brand guidelines, and ensuring customers enjoy a welcoming, safe shopping environment. This role suits those passionate about product and customer service within a coastal lifestyle brand.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is desirable.
• Flexible part-time availability preferred.
• Strong focus on customer service and in-store experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager to monitor KPIs and drive store performance.
• Motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service and maximise sales.
• Assist training and development of team members.
• Help achieve sales targets and process transactions with care.
• Manage visual merchandising per Brand guidelines.
• Ensure a welcoming, positive in-store experience for customers.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards for a healthy, safe store.
• Share product features and stock availability with customers.
• Support markdowns and price changes within agreed timescales.
• Keep products tidy, replenished and presentable.
• Process deliveries promptly.
