Job summary

Dorset Coast Forum is seeking a Project Officer to join our team along the Dorset coast. You will develop, lead and support projects in collaboration with DCF members, authorities and external stakeholders.

The role requires strong multi-tasking, excellent communication and a knack for coordinating meetings, workshops and engagement events, while delivering tangible outcomes for coastal communities.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple projects and workshops.
• Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and coastal communities.
• Knowledge of marine and coastal policy is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage coastal projects with partners.
• Organise and facilitate community and stakeholder meetings.
• Develop and implement new work packages such as Ocean Literacy.
• Communicate updates with project partners and the public.
