Job summary

Lucion is seeking an experienced Dual-Trained Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to join our Hazardous Materials team, covering the Poole and Bournemouth area. You will carry out all disciplines of surveying, air monitoring and 4‑stage clearances, applying your technical judgement to protect safety and compliance on each site.

Qualifications

Hold BOHS P402, P403 and/or P404, RSPH equivalents, or a Certificate of Competence.
Good working knowledge of HSG248 and HSG264 (Analysts’ and Survey guides).
Full UK driving licence is required.
Comfortable travelling and working flexibly across sites.

Responsibilities

Carry out asbestos surveying and inspection across management, refurbishment, demolition and in-ground asbestos.
Undertake air monitoring and airborne fibre counting to standards and procedures.
Inspect remediation work and complete 4-stage clearances, signing off compliant works.
